Assistance Needed with cBioPortal OncoPrint Graph

I hope this email finds you well. Recently, I utilized cBioPortal’s OncoPrint tool to generate a graph based on my data. However, I find the results somewhat perplexing. I have attached the downloaded PDF file for your reference.

Would it be possible for your team to review the graph and provide guidance on how to improve its clarity? I am keen to achieve a better result and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer.
