Just to clarify your question. I see the website can show genes with 0% mutation rate, see e.g.:
But I’m guessing you are asking how one can show a 0% alteration rate using the oncoprinter here:
https://www.cbioportal.org/oncoprinter
This is currently not possible as far as I know, but will confirm. One other option is to download the resulting oncoprint as an SVG and add the gene with 0% manually
