Mutation Mapper - no lollipop

Hi! 

I'm trying to use mutation mapper to visualize some variants attached below. When I copy and paste the information into Mutation Mapper, it generates the right TP53 map with a list of annotations, but no lollipops appear on the plot. Is there anything I've missed?

Hi Andrea,

It looks the MutationMapper tool wants the data in tab (or space delimited format).  Also, for lollipop rendering, the columns should start with Chromosome, Start_Position, End_Position, Reference_Allele, and Variant_Allele.
