Subject: Official Request for Revision of Clinical Information Codes

To the cBioPortal Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for creating and maintaining such a valuable and helpful database like cBioPortal.

It has been an essential resource for our research community.

We recently downloaded the dataset from the site, which corresponds to the genomic data previously deposited by our group at Asan Medical Center: Liver Hepatocellular Carcinoma (AMC, Hepatology 2014).

In the clinical information, we noticed that the Cancer Type Detailed field is currently listed as Hepatocellular adenoma. We kindly request that this be corrected to Hepatocellular carcinoma. Additionally, the Oncotree Code is recorded as LIAD, but it should be updated to LIHC.

For your reference, I have attached the downloaded file from "https://www.cbioportal.org/study/clinicalData?id=lihc_amc_prv".

Please let us know if there are any additional steps required on our part. We would be happy to provide any further information if needed.
