My colleagues and I at SA Pathology have not been able to use the “Query by Gene” function in cBioPortal for the past 2 days. We have tried in both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
We are able to access the search page from the Query page (ie select “curated set of non-redundant studies”, click “Query by Gene”) but when we enter the gene into the search box, the next page does not load, we are left with a blank screen, which persists and does not time out with an error message.
The “Explore Selected Studies” page has still been working successfully.
Is this a known problem at the moment?
Any help would be appreciated.
