Question about a error in a on-premises cBioPortal

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

Hi, my name is Yuka Takada and I am writing you from Japan.

I would like to consult an error that occurred in our cBioPortal environment.

 

I built a on-premises cBioPortal by referring below.

*Deploy with Docker

 

This is running on EC2 Server on AWS.

 

I were able to connect to the browser and import some data successfully.

But, I get an error when I click sample ID or Patient ID on the “Clinicaldata tab”.

The detailed information of sample is not displayed and the screen becomes blank.

And also, the error message displayed is as attached.

 

Do you happen to know how to fix the error ?

Hi Ino,

 

Thank you for your replying and I have a following additional question.

 

Are cBioPortal user’s activity logs stored anywhere on the system?

(This cBioPortal was launched on-premises.)

 

I know that Keycloak records user's Audit information (login/logout), but I couldn't find information such as which study was accessed and what query was issued.

(Information about operations performed during a session.)

 

I'm sorry if it's a matter of control on the Keycloak side.

If you have any information, could you please let me know?
