Data Access to Pereira et al (METABRIC)

Dear cBioPortal,

 

I read with interest the following article (http://www.nature.com/ncomms/2016/160510/ncomms11479/full/ncomms11479.html) and I would like to know how may I have access to their data deposited on your portal. Specifically, I am looking for the somatic mutations data for the 1980 patients from the original METABRIC publication.

 

According to the description in the paper, the data can be found on cBioPortal.

 

I would appreciate your help on this and looking forward for your reply.

Thanks for your efforts to make the genome data underpinning the Pereira paper accessible. Will the release also include clinical annotation? If so, which clinical parameters, or will the clinical data have to be accessed through another source?
