missing mRNAseq zscores_ref_normal_samples in TCGA-PAAD

I cannot find zscores_ref_normal_samples RNA expression values for TCGA Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma although it seems that "Solid Tissue Normal" samples were sequenced for the cohort.

Why is that?
