Inquiry About MSK MET2021 Appendix Cancer Dataset on cBioPortal

Greetings!

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out regarding the MSK MET2021 Appendix Cancer dataset on cBioPortal, which includes 202 patients. Specifically, I was reviewing the mutation data for this cohort and noticed that 9 samples are listed as NA.

Could you kindly clarify whether this indicates that these samples had no detectable mutations (i.e., mutations = 0), or if these samples were not profiled for mutations at all?

I think these should appear as zero mutations, not NA. It looks like this is a bug .. will try to fix.
