Dear cbioprotal Team,

First of all I wanted to mention that I’m a huge fan of what you build up and totally happy to use cbioportal.

I have a question however. I created for multiple studies some customized groups and generated these nice Upset Plots. In this case I chosoed the TCGA Pan Cancer Studies. Now I want to create these Upset plots for all studies individually as well. Do I have to create all the custom groups again for the single studies or is there another way?
