Hi there,

I wondered if you could help me on understanding the units of measurement of the mRNA expression in the Neuroendocrine prostate cancer Nat Med 2016 dataset. I know there are two, one which is the z-scores relative to all samples (log fkpm) but what is the unit of measurement for the other "mRNA expression"? Thank you.

Based on my understanding of the article, the unit of measurement is FPKM.
