MSKCC Chord TMB

Hi,

My name is Edoardo Garbo, and I’m a research fellow at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in the thoracic department. I’m currently analyzing the MSKCC Chord data for a project I am leading.

I need to use the TMB data for all the samples in this study and was wondering if you’re planning to add it to the available dataset. If not, would it be possible to calculate it specifically for this study?
