Hi Akhil, 

For studies that do have expression data, it can be added to a query.  

To produce a query like this, select studies on the homepage, click the Query By Gene button at the bottom of the page, and you should then be prompted to choose what data modalities you want included in your analysis.   Expression data types will be an option when they are available.
