Unable to fetch gene panels due to datahub repo over LFS bandwidth quota

Hi cBioPortal Team,

I may be trying to set up my first cBioPortal container at just the wrong time or missed some pinned FAQs. The docker image is running well and imports the included sample study, but a larger data set requires gene panels to be imported first. I see those gene panels should be hosted on datahub in the correct format. However, I am seeing the same problem with git lfs downloading them as the latest issue mentioned at datahub GitHub.

batch response: This repository is over its data quota. Account responsible for LFS bandwidth should purchase more data packs to restore access.
Failed to fetch some objects from 'https://github.com/cBioPortal/datahub.git/info/lfs'

If bandwidth is going to be increased I could wait, but perhaps it resets and trying at a different time might help. Any advice?
