Study Sample Question

Hello everyone,

I have a question about a study sample.

I have a group of patients with a particular cancer.

Among the group there are two cohorts with survival less than 1 year and more than 1 year

I am interested to see the differences in mutations/CNA/Other genetic alterations.

What are the steps need to be pursued for this? Kindly advice.
