Study Sample Question

Hello everyone,

I have a question about a study sample.

I have a group of patients with a particular cancer.

Among the group there are two cohorts with survival less than 1 year and more than 1 year

I am interested to see the differences in mutations/CNA/Other genetic alterations.

What are the steps need to be pursued for this? Kindly advice.

You can save your cohorts as groups. See tutorials [1] and [2] below.

Please note that if you group patients just based on their survival time without considering survival status, it may create wrong results. That why we disabled selection of patients by survival time.
