Sure,

Hello,

I am looking for DNA sequencing data of patient samples such as FASTQ, BAM and BAI files that are mapped to hg19. Is there such data available? If yes, how to access that? Please let me know if there are any pre-requisites. Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Jinesh.

Hi Jinesh,

We don't host low-level sequencing data. You might want to look into other resources such as GDC (https://gdc.cancer.gov/), DbGaP (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gap), and EGA (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ega/home).

Best,
-JJ
