Hi,
I am looking at RNA-seq data for the TCGA provisional bladder cancer cohort and for some genes, such as MICA, I get NaN for all the samples (going through the download data tab). What does that mean?
Thanks,
Morgan

Hi Morgan,
Thanks for contacting us and reporting this issue.
For MICA, we found the cause of the issue. TCGA is using a very old gene ID in their file (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/4276) and our pipeline was not able to pick it up. Would you please send us other examples if you have to help us troubleshooting?
