TCGA GBM

Hi cBioPortal folks,

 

I wanted to alert you that the Glioblastoma Multiforme cohort from the TCGA pan-cancer atlas went missing from the landing page, and is not included when you click “TCGA PanCancer Atlas Studies.” This link formerly included all 33 cancer types – now the link only includes 31. I didn’t check what the other missing cohort is. You can still access the GBM cohort here: https://www.cbioportal.org/study/summary?id=gbm_tcga_pan_can_atlas_2018, but some of the panels are broken. I didn’t find any discussion of these cohorts having been intentionally unlinked, so I assume it’s a bug (and judging from the other missing cohort, the root cause may be affecting others..).
