Is the copy number shown as log2 value or linear in cBioPortal? There was a conversation long time ago that it was mislabeled as "log2" but it is linear value. Can someone please confirm? I am looking at increase in copy  number using TCGA pan cancer data set.
Thank you,
Madhavi

Hi Madhavi

Can you specify which studies you are looking at?

The study datasets usually indicate whether it is log2 or linear value for CNV.

thanks
