cbioportal synthetic lethality

Good morning,

I'm Cristina Camps, postdoctoral researcher at the IR Sant Pau in  Barcelona. I'm trying to perform a synthetic lethality study using the cbioportal database and I'm a little bit lost  on how to use the website for this purpose. Could you guide me a little bit or do you have any tutorial that I can watch to test correlations on synthetic lethality genes?

Our tutorials are available here: https://docs.cbioportal.org/user-guide/overview/. We do not have direct features specifically on synthetic lethality, but if you like to test correlations between genes (e.g. expression), Plots tab might be the place to go - see the tutorial on Expression analysis.
