Hi,
I am looking for mRNA data in FPKM or TPM form for the Lung Adenocarcinoma study (TCGA, PanCancer Atlas). Is there another source where I can find the data in FPKM or TPM? If not, is the information on meanFragmentLength available so I can use it convert raw counts to FPKM?

I’m not aware of a resource that provides FPKM or TPM for the TCGA Pancer Atlas datasets unfortunately. Hoping others on the mailing list might be able to chime in
Another option is to obtain the raw BAM files from GDC and compute from there
