Clickhouse dumps for cbioportal maintainers

Hello. 

I maintain an internal cbioportal instance. 

For version 6.* we could use mysql dumps from https://public-db-dump.assets.cbioportal.org/ to load the public studies into the mysql database. Does clickhouse has anything similar? How do we load all the public studies into clickhouse on an internal cbioportal instance?
