Can I get access to the cBioDBAgent?

I have a instance deployed and would like to try this.

Hi Michael

This work is in the prototype stage. You can give it a shot on https://chat.cbioportal.org. There’s a few different agents deployed (database querying, website navigation, documentation search). The DBAgent has a few example queries listed here

If you want your own instance of the chat for your custom cBioPortal instance, then please wait till the end of March when RFC100 with clickhouse support will be released.
