Dear cBioPortal team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to kindly ask whether it would be possible to include a reference to a Python package I developed, called pyBioPortal, on your Web API and Clients documentation page.
pyBioPortal is a Python client that enables programmatic access to cBioPortal’s REST API for biomedical research and analysis. It is available on both PyPI and Anaconda, and is open source on GitHub:
Moreover, the package has been described in a peer-reviewed article published in JAMIA Open:
Given that your documentation already mentions other Python clients, I believe that adding pyBioPortal could benefit users who are looking for tools to programmatically interact with cBioPortal.
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration, and for the incredible work you do in supporting the research community.
Kind regards,

Aaron L
