OncoPrinter

Hello Everyone, 

My name is Harry "Jake" Reed, and I'm a Data Scientist/Bioinformatician at the Huntsman Cancer Institute where we have a local instance of cbioportal. I'm developing my own data portal for one of the labs here, and I've been attempting to incorporate the javascript library for oncoprinter with little success. I have gotten so far as having everything installed and recognized in my local project, but when the data is loaded for the track display, I get a 'Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'isVector')' error. Does anyone have any experience with this or could they put me in touch with the developers for oncoprinter so that I might find a way to resolve this issue.

Is this a new software that is incorporating Oncoprinter?
