Downloading datasets available within cBioPortal

I'm a Clinical Bioinformatician working at the NHS - West Midlands Genomics Laboratory. The Clinical Scientists I work with are looking to download the raw datasets for the following projects available in cBioPortal (except for GENIE Cohort v19.0-public):

Are these datasets publicly available to download and can they be downloaded from your website or an alternative method? If so, please could you provide information on the best approach to do this.
