docker-compose hangs at: INFO: Starting ProtocolHandler ["http-nio-8080"]

We're having an issue with a previously working docker-compose instance of cbioportal. 

It appears to be hanging at "INFO: Starting ProtocolHandler ["http-nio-8080"]", there is nothing past this when we run "docker-compose up"

We had ldap enabled and after the last system restart, when loging in, the screen would go blank.  I set authentication to false to eliminate an ldap issue, now when going to the url the screen is blank.

Attached is the output from docker-compose up.

We are using nginx as a reverse-proxy server, which was working and I can confirm that nginx is up.

This is the output in the java console.

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (load-frontend.js, line 0)

[Error] ReferenceError: Can't find variable: loadAppStyles

Could you clarify for what version of cBioPortal docker compose was working and for what version it stopped?

Do you see the load-frontend.js file in the container?
