I am in the pedcbioportal. Some of the links at the top do not work or point to a 404 error.

 

The PedcBioPortal for Childhood Cancer Genomics is an instance of cBioPortal supporting the curation and pan-cancer integration of public, pediatric cancer genomics data sets as well as 'open science' initiatives integrated within the Gabriella Miller Kids First Data Resource Center as well as data from consortia-based efforts including the Children's Brain Tumor Network (CBTN), the Pediatric NeuroOncology Consortium (PNOC), the St. Baldrick Pediatric Stand Up 2 Cancer Dream Team, and the Pediatric Preclinical Testing Consortium (PPTC). PedcBioPortal is an integrated platform linking data visualization to available biospecimens and cloud-based computation.

Hi Danh,

    Just a quick update. We have updated the links at the top to the best of our ability. We greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The St. Baldrick's link is admittedly more generic now, as the direct link does not seem to exist. However, the PPTC link is now accurate (rebranded as PIVOT and moved to a new site).
