• Submit your own public dataset to be hosted on cBioPortal, or
• Cite or reference an existing public dataset currently available on cBioPortal for your publication?

Hi Gaofei, we ran a pancancer analysis using IMPACT data with a cohort of patients that have anonymous identifiers/M accession numbers. The journal we are submitting to just needs a public facing subset/link on cbioportal so that others can see our cohort, like this: https://www.cbioportal.org/study/summary?id=pancan_ped_mai_msk_2025
