CBioPortal 3D structure view issue

Dear cBioPortal, 

I am trying to use the mutations tab to generate a 3D structure of KRAS protein which I can use to show the positions of the mutations within PDAC samples. I have been trying for quite  a few days to click on the 'view 3D structure' and keep getting the error message '3D structure view temporarily unavailable'  I know from previous posts that this is sometimes due to a server outage of the GS2 Server?  Please could you advise me as to how I may get these images and if this is a server issue. Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your email.  Sorry for the inconvenience caused by 3D protein structure unavailability. We have opened an issue and will soon work on it. We have to change the current 3D visualizer implementation in cBioPortal.
