Rate limiting on API

Hello,

 

We are receiving a rate limit error when attempting to connect to the api. We are connecting from 44.215.3.121.

 

I have suspended all attempts to connect for an hour but we still appear to be rate limited. I have attached a screenshot from our networking team for context on the traffic sent this morning before the rate limit was applied.

 

Can you provide me with details on the rate limit we need to stay under to operate? In about an hour this morning we sent 32 requests.

 

Have these limits recently changed?
