Incremental Load Support for CNA DISCRETE_LONG Datatype

Hi ,
I have observed that incremental load is currently not supported for the CNA DISCRETE_LONG datatype.
Could you please confirm whether this is a known limitation? Additionally, is there any recommended approach or workaround to enable incremental loading for this datatype?

Dear Prasanth,
The CNA_DISCRETE_LONG datatype has been added and is available to the cbioportal-core release v1.0.12 (released on Oct 23).
I checked, and the Docker image cBioPortal version 6.4.2 does contain this version of cbioportal-core. Could you try to update your deployment to this cBioPortal version? Another approach would be to download the cbioportal-core release and mount this to the core folder in your current image.
Could you try out this version and let us know if this solves your problem?
