 Hello,

I`m trying to save my results from MutationMapper as an URL to share with colleagues. I`m bookmarking the page with my results however when I try to access my results using the saved URL it opens a cBioPortal MutationMapper `blank`page. Could you please advise how can I save results for sharing and later access?

Thank you,
Anca

Dear Anca,

There is no way to store MutationMapper results as a URL. You would either have to share the input data with your colleagues and ask them to generate the plots themselves, or you can download the plot as an SVG, PDF, or PNG via the download button at the top right. The table can be downloaded as a TSV file.

I hope this is helpful.

Niki.
