Hi Aghil,

Thanks for reaching out!

We do indeed support ctDNA. You can find some studies when you search for cfDNA on the homepage. We also have a glioma study with liquid biopsies from cerebrospinal fluid. In liquid biopsies one often needs more sensitivity to pick up tumor DNA at low frequencies, so we have some built in functionality on the Patient View that can show you whether a mutation was called, not called but has supporting reads, or has 0 supporting reads. See for an example the patient in this study:

https://www.cbioportal.org/patient?studyId=glioma_msk_2018&caseId=IM-GBM-4

For studies where there are serial biopsies, we also provide the genomic evolution chart that can show how the allele frequency changes across each. You can see an example of that here:

https://www.cbioportal.org/patient/genomicEvolution?studyId=msk_access_2021&caseId=P-0004257#navCaseIds=msk_access_2021:P-0004257,msk_access_2021:P-0033799,msk_access_2021:P-0047181,msk_access_2021:P-0050020

Hope that helps!
