Hi CBioPortal,

Thanks again for your awesome work, CBioPortal continues to be a tremendous resource.

I was looking at the data landing page for https://www.cbioportal.org/study/summary?id=breast_msk_2025 .  The corresponding paper has a very nice breakdown of hormone/receptor status (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41588-025-02187-1/figures/1), but the CBioPortal data seems to have no evidence of this data.  Do you have any plans to append the receptor status to this dataset?  The HR/HER2 status is a critical biomarker for understanding breast cancer so this would be a great addition.

Best,
Kyle Beauchamp

Hi Kyle,

We completely agree that these are critical biomarkers for interpreting breast cancer data and would be a valuable addition to the study on cBioPortal.

At the moment, we’re waiting on the study authors to provide the receptor status data. Once we receive it, we’ll incorporate it into the dataset and make it available on the portal.

best,
Baby Anusha.
