Sample Information

Hi there,

My name is Nick Manini and I'm a pediatric hematology/oncology fellow at Nemours Children's Hospital Delaware. My research focuses on T-ALL, particularly relapsed/refractory disease. I'm turning my attention slightly towards ETP T-ALL, so was I was searching your database for some PDX samples. I found a few samples that may be of interest, so I was hoping you could answer a few questions.

The samples of interest are: 1. CPDM_1083X_PDX_P1 2. CPDM_0990X_PDX_P1 3. CPDM_1158_PDX_P1_01 4. CPDM_1158X_PDX_P1 5. CPDM_1158X_PDX_P1_02

Samples 1, 3-5 are listed as "Adult" ages 18-34 years - are any of these samples from patients aged 21 years or younger?

Are samples 3-5 from the same patient at different stages in therapy? The IDs are quite similar.

Do you have full immunophenotyping available for these samples?

Are there any other ETP T-ALL samples that I could be missing?

I apologize if many of the answers to these questions can be answered by digging deeper into the samples. This was my first time accessing cBioportal, so I wasn't too familiar with where exactly to find specific information.

I can’t seem to be able to find these samples in the public cBioPortal at cbioportal.org - are these samples in a different or private instance of cBioPortal?

Interesting, I can't seem to find these samples now either. Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place and am having a difficult time finding my way back. I will continue looking.

With that said, do you have ETP T-ALL samples available? Would love to be able to get some to our lab.
