Good afternoon,

When comparing groups using cBioPortal, do you use one-tailed or two-tailed tests to test the statistical significance?

Thanks!

Good afternoon,

When comparing groups using cBioPortal, do you use one-tailed or two-tailed tests to test the statistical significance?
Is this applicable to all statistical tests? If not which one is used for log-rank test, chi-squared test, and Wilcoxon test?

Thanks!
