queries on cbioportal website

Dear sir，

      Hope this email finds you well. I am lulu sun,  a research associate from Shanghai jiaotong university. We are using cbioportal website for learning the big data on Head and Neck Cancer. We are curious about the subtype of HNSCC-HPV status and want to know the method for HPV status classification.  Would it be possible to show the details on classifying the subtypes? We appreciate a lot for your kindly help.

Hi Lulu Sun,

If the data is available on the cbioportal study, then it is possible
to classify or filter based on that data chart in the study view.

If not, the HPV subtype information would have to come from the
original publications.
