Access to HCMI dataset

Dear Sir/Madam,

• I am working as Bioinformatician and I am interested in the study Pan-cancer Analysis of Organoid Samples (HCMI, 2025) (great to see it release on cBioPortal!). I wanted to ask if it would be available for downloading and exploring locally? I have checked Datasets tab and it does not have icon available for download. Will it be available for download in the future or due to it being controlled data there are no plans to release it?

Though the study is already available on cBioPortal, the associated paper is still under review for publication. Once we receive approval for the paper, we will proceed with making the data files available for download.

Thank you for following up. At the moment, the associated paper for the HCMI dataset is still under review for publication. Once it is accepted and released, we should have clearer information regarding the availability of the dataset for download.
