Query by gene not working

Hi cBioPortal team,

My team and I have not been able to use the "Query by gene" function since yesterday. We can access the search page from the Query page (select "TCGA pan cancer atlas studies", click "Query by Gene"), but when we enter the gene into the search box (e.g. CAV1) and run the query, the next page does not load — we're left with a blank/loading screen that persists indefinitely, with no error message or timeout.

We've tried:
- Regular browser and incognito mode
- Different browser (opera, edge)
- Mobile phone on a different network
- Hard refresh

Same result every time. This has been going on for over a day now on our end.

Please let us know if there's an update or ETA on a fix.
