Inquiry About Downloading “mRNA Expression Z-Score Relative to All Samples (log RNA-seq V2 RSEM)” for Breast Invasive Carcinoma (TCGA, PanCancer Atlas)

Dear cBioPortal Support Team,

I am working with the “Breast Invasive Carcinoma (TCGA, PanCancer Atlas)” dataset and would like to download the file containing “mRNA expression z-score relative to ALL samples (log RNA-seq V2 RSEM).”

In the current interface, I cannot locate where this file can be downloaded.

Could you please let me know where I can download this specific data file in the current version of cBioPortal?

Thanks for emailing the cBioPortal team. The link to the entire dataset is available next to the name of the Study. Every study will have a link if the dataset is available for download.

The direct URL is given below. It is about 500 MB in size.
