What's the meaning of "Somatic Status" in the file of "data_clinical _sample.txt"?Does it mean that the mutations detected of the tumor tissue was matched or unmatched with that of the normal tissue?

Hello Jianzhu,

Thank you for reaching out. To what study does the data_clinical _sample.txt file belong? Clinical parameters are defined independently for studies.

All the best,
Pim

Hi Xie,

The somatic status refers to if a sample in the study has a matched normal or not.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
Ritika
