Dear cBioPortal Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I’m reaching out to ask whether the VCF files from the MSG_CHORD dataset are available through cBioPortal?  I’ve been exploring the dataset on your platform but haven’t been able to locate direct access to the files.
Could you please let me know if these files are provided anywhere, or if there’s an alternative source where they can be accessed?
Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Jingyun Liang

Hi Jingyun,

The mutations data for the MSK-CHORD study (in MAF format) is available via the cBioPortal DataHub here

Niki.
