Requesting Access to Test cBioPortal AI Chat Interface Prototype

Dear cBioPortal Team,

I am writing to request access to test the prototype of the cBioPortal AI-powered chat interface, as referenced in your documentation.

As a Clinical Cytogenetics Specialist at the CHUM (Centre Hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal - Quebec, Canada), I am very interested in exploring how this tool could streamline the interrogation and analysis of cytogenetic and genomic data for our clinical (and research) work.

Could you please let me know the steps required to gain access?

Thanks so much for reaching out!

This work is in prototype stage, so keep expectations low 😊 (occasional downtime, unexpected updates etc). You can give it a shot on https://chat.cbioportal.org. There’s a few different agents deployed (database querying, website navigation, documentation search). The DBAgent has a few example queries listed here

Would be great to hear your thoughts! We will run a more formal user interview process next year if you’re interested
