Question in combining different datasets for a given cancer type

I wonder if there is a way to combine different datasets of a given cancer to increase sample size for mutational profile and clinical evaluations?

Hi Christine,

Yes, you can select multiple studies and then choose "Explore Selected Studies" to go the Study View. In Study View, you can further select the cancer type of interest as shown in [1]. You can also save the selected cohort as a virtual study [2].

Please be mindful that different studies may have batch efforts, e.g. whole exome sequencing vs panel sequencing, different mutation calling pipelines, etc.
