Mutations tab annotations

Hello,

Under the mutations tab, how often are the OncoKB annotations and COSMIC occurrences updated? When were the last updates? Also, are there plans to include Genomenon CKB annotations?

Dear Destiney,

OncoKB annotations are retrieved in real time from the OncoKB database, which itself releases updates about once per month.

The COSMIC counts are very old, and we are exploring whether we can update them. However, their new license terms may not permit this.

CKB is a fully commercial effort, and I do not believe we can integrate their annotations into cBioPortal.
