Hello everyone,
I got a normal API integration with OncoKB on our internal cbioportal, ports open, no CORS on the communication, however, for some reason (completely unknown to me) it seems like the response back from the OncoKB is missing Biological Effect information (and other if there are other respective tabs):

This is what I see

@Waryszak Marcin,

Do you have an OncoKB license? If so, what email are you using for your OncoKB account? I want to make sure you have API access.

@Benjamin Gross,

Do you know what OncoKB API endpoint is being used?

++OncoKB dev team

Regards,

John Konecy

Hi John,

The endpoint is /annotate/mutations/byProteinChange.

The default URL in code is https://public.api.oncokb.org/api/v1
