Synapse GENIE Data Access Request

Hello,

I'm trying to use AACR GENIE data for a research project.

Is there a way to download the clinical data for an entire sample of patients I'm studying, including the survival times and status, in one table?

I found where you can view the clinical data for each patient individually, but I need to export and combine it with the samples data in order to carry out clinicopathological analysis. Could you help?

Look for data_clinical_patient.txt and data_clinical_sample.txt
