Downloading OncoKB Annotations from Mutations Page

Hi CBioPortal Team,

I am wondering if it is possible to download the OncoKB annotations from the Mutations page? I know you can download the table as tsv, but it does not show the full annotation (only Oncogenic, Likely Oncogenic etc). 

Is it possible to also download the biological effect, therapeutic implication and mutation effect description into the tsv?

Hi Frans,

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry we will only be able to provide oncogenicity and levels without drugs for downloading on cBioPortal currently. In order to get more complete OncokB annotation, one option is to register an account on OncoKB with API access. Once your registration is approved, you will be able to use the OncoKB Annotator to annotate the download data.
