Hi Claudia,

Apologies for the issue with the “Query by Gene” feature. We recently introduced stricter rate limiting to handle an increase in automated traffic, which unintentionally affected this functionality.
This should now be fixed. Could you please try your query again and let us know if the issue persists? 
If you still experience any problems, please share the specific studies and genes you are querying so we can try to reproduce it.
